What You?ll be Doing:

You take a problem and turn it into a solution. Delivering amazing experiences brings a smile to your face and is very rewarding. You'll use your ?get it done?, high-energy, professional approach to answer in-bound calls, emails, and other channels from customers. You?ll help people every single day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers? needs, and answering questions.

On a typical day, you?ll:



  • Effectively resolve billing and account related issues such as payments, refunds requests, account cancellations, billing research, and subscription changes

  • Gather information from the account holder to make appropriate recommendations

  • Conduct minor report and accounting related tasks

  • Deliver amazing customer service

  • 1-2 years of contact center experience required

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Computer savvy and knowledge of commonly used software and internet browsers

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision

  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Quick learner and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to maintain knowledge of company?s products and procedures

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
