Crescent Place is an 80 unit Assisted Living/Memory Care community conveniently located in Cedar Hill, TX. We are currently looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as the Director of Resident Services. The Director of Resident Services is responsible for the coordination of care for all residents, including case management and managing the Resident Assistant staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
Requirements: Ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, RN preferred. Management or supervisory experience as well as experience working in assisted living or long term care is also important. Candidate must also be able to read, write and speak the English language and be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians and employees. Candidate must either be certified or be able to become CPR and First Aid Certified within the first 90 days of employment. The ability to be on call, work nights, weekends, and holidays is also required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
