This position is a perfect fit for an upbeat, pro-active ministry-minded individual who would enjoy and excel at the administrative challenge of supporting a high-level, visionary leader.
The ideal candidate will be technologically and social media savvy, possess high attention to detail, and be able to balance multiple priorities while also maintaining poise under pressure when needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
This individual will function in a key role as a Jill of all trades providing personal and professional support to the Founder/CEO.
Perfect for someone who is hungry, humble, and has a hustle muscle.

This position will work well for a self-starter who is able to work independently, move projects from conception to completion, anticipate needs and stay one step ahead.

Our work is centered around the creation and distribution of faith-based content, so an interest in that direction is appropriate.

This is a full-time position that requires in-office presence in the DFW area.
This is not a remote position.
Weekend travel 15-20 times a year.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills Minimum of three years of related professional work experience required Demonstrated excellence in providing systematic and dependable follow-up, as well as a high level of organization and preparedness Demonstrated ability to work with a proactive sense of urgency General comfort with new technology High level of comfort using social media platforms Knowledge of and proficiency in Apple/Mac ecosystem, Google Workspace, MS Office, and Dropbox.
Knowledge of Asana, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Evernote is a plus.
Dependable transportation and willingness to use personal vehicle for occasional errands, CEO transport, etc.
Ability to maintain workflow under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-profile work environment.
Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
