Receive & make high volume of calls, with an expected number of shifts filled per hour/day Schedule services for senior clients by matching with suitable CAREGivers Maintain accurate records in our software system Problem solves client and CAREGiver issues in a professional and timely manner Learn and operate our advanced-level internal software & multi-line phone system Requirements to Become a Scheduling Coordinator:
