Receive & make high volume of calls, with an expected number of shifts filled per hour/day Schedule services for senior clients by matching with suitable CAREGivers Maintain accurate records in our software system Problem solves client and CAREGiver issues in a professional and timely manner Learn and operate our advanced-level internal software & multi-line phone system Requirements to Become a Scheduling Coordinator:
Be 18 years old Possess at least a high school degree or equivalent Possess a valid driver's license & auto insurance Possess at least 2 years' experience in business, preferably in customer service or IT Be willing to cross-train in other departments in the company (required of all employees) Apply at www.
