Position involves a referral coordinator between the patient, insurance carrier, and physician.
Job duties include:
Updating corresponding referral log Taking telephone messages and providing feedback and answers to patient/physician Referrals for scheduled patient to appropriate physician and office clinic Must be able to work in a fast-paced position Able to organize workload Handling a busy reception area Must be a team player and have the ability to multi-task Must be able to start immediately Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience with Insurance verification is a plus Candidate must be super on telephone and detail oriented.
Chiropractic experience is not necessary.
The hours of operation are Monday 9:
30am-7pm, Tuesday 2pm-6:
00pm, Wednesday 9:
30am-6:
30pm, Thursday 9:
30am-6:
00pm, Friday:
9:
30am-3:
00pm and Saturday 9am-12pm.
